SoloSafe SMS messages are service alerts only.

SoloSafe sends transactional SMS notifications for account setup, safety timers, check-ins, and emergency contact alerts. We do not send marketing, promotional, advertising, or lead generation messages.

Who receives messages?

  • Registered SoloSafe app users who opt in to SMS notifications during account setup.
  • Emergency contacts selected by a registered SoloSafe user.
  • Emergency contacts only receive future safety alerts after they reply YES to accept.

Why messages are sent

SoloSafe SMS messages support the SoloSafe safety service. Messages may include account notifications, timer confirmations, check-in reminders, emergency contact invitations, missed check-in alerts, emergency alerts, alert time, and last known location when available. Pro timers may refresh GPS location every hour while the timer is active and the device has coverage.

SoloSafe does not use SMS for marketing or promotional campaigns.
